Maraudon is the centaurs' holy ground in Desolace: the tomb of Zaetar, son of Cenarius, and the lair of Princess Theradras, the earth elemental who loved him. It's one of the longest dungeons in the game, a maze of caverns full of elementals, satyrs and corrupted plants that ends with the Princess in Zaetar's Grave, beside Earth Song Falls.
The run's big reward is the Scepter of Celebras, which opens a portal straight to Earth Song Falls. Earn it once, and every later run skips ahead to the dungeon's last stretch.
The entrance is in the Valley of Spears in western Desolace. Horde players fly to Shadowprey Village, southwest of the entrance, and ride a short way northeast. Alliance players fly to Nijel's Point in the far northeast and ride the length of the zone.
Once someone in your group holds the Scepter of Celebras, you skip most of the dungeon: the holder creates a portal, and everyone who takes it lands in Earth Song Falls in inner Maraudon.
Both factions can do every quest here: five are shared, and the other three come in a Horde and an Alliance version. Two of them build the Scepter of Celebras. Stack what you can before you zone in.

Noxxion is an elemental, and he doesn't fight alone for long: during the fight he summons his Noxxion's Spawns. The Spawns aren't elite. Gather them, AoE them down and get back on Noxxion.
Casters want his Noxious Shooter, a Nature wand.

Healer
DamageRazorlash is a giant lasher. Clear the packs around him first so he fights alone, then burn him. Healers want his Vinerot Sandals, cloth feet with Intellect, Spirit and Nature Resistance.
Lord Vyletongue is a satyr lord, a demon like Maraudon's Putridus satyrs. Pull him clear of any other pack and take him on his own. His Satyrmane Sash is a cloth belt with Intellect and Stamina.
You can't speak with Celebras while the curse holds him. Defeat Celebras the Cursed, and Celebras the Redeemed takes his place: he's the Celebras that Legends of Maraudon sends you to find. Bring the Celebrian Rod and the Celebrian Diamond, and he starts the ritual that creates the Scepter of Celebras.
His Soothsayer's Headdress is a leather helm with Intellect, Spirit and Stamina.
Landslide is a giant of living stone. Tank him facing away from the group and keep everyone else behind him or at range. His Fist of Stone has a chance on hit to restore 50 mana.
Gizlock is a goblin tinkerer who fights with engineering gadgets. Keep the group out of his front and let the tank turn him away. Casters want his Inventor's Focal Sword, a sword that improves your spell critical strike chance by 1%.
Rotgrip is a giant crocolisk. Tank him facing away from the group and burn him down. Two-handed melee want his Gatorbite Axe, an axe that makes the target bleed.
Princess Theradras waits in Zaetar's Grave, beside Earth Song Falls, and she's the toughest fight in Maraudon. Clear her surroundings fully, rest to full health and mana, and let the tank build threat before anyone opens up. Her death is the objective of Corruption of Earth and Seed and Corruption of Earth and Seed.
She roots herself in place for Dust Field, which pulses Nature damage around her and knocks back everyone nearby: melee and the tank get thrown out and walk back in. Players standing away from her draw Boulder, a cast that interrupts spellcasting and knocks the target down. Repulsive Gaze fears everyone close to her, tank included.
The prize is Blade of Eternal Darkness, an epic dagger.

Do the Scepter of Celebras chain once. After that, the holder opens a portal to Earth Song Falls on every run.
Gather the whole group before the holder uses the Scepter, so everyone takes the portal together.
Corruption of Earth and Seed wants Princess Theradras dead. Seed of Life is a separate delivery to Remulos in Moonglade.
Against the Princess, melee expect fears and knockbacks, and ranged stand well outside Dust Field.
