Dwarf Shaman totem quests: Earth, Fire and Water

You start in Coldridge Valley with an Archaic Rune in your bags; it sends you to Teo Hammerstorm in Anvilmar. If you skipped it, Ingrid Dunwald in Kharanos sends you back at 10.

   Step 1: Bring Teo two bear pendants

   Teo wants two Iceclaw Bear Pendant. Frostmane trolls carry them in the valley south of Anvilmar.

   Step 2: Drink the sapta at the Spirit Stone

   Teo brews an Earth Sapta. Take the path that climbs west of Anvilmar to the Spirit Stone and drink it there: the Minor Manifestation of Earth appears.

   Step 3: Beat the spirit and bring back the quartz

   Defeat the Minor Manifestation of Earth, take the Rough Quartz to Teo, and he gives you your Earth Totem. Stoneskin Totem is now yours to train.

At 10, Ingrid Dunwald in Kharanos or Eldrun Stormbreaker in Ironforge sends you east to Bruegs Kindleborn, then up a mountain in Loch Modan to the Shrine of the Dormant Flame. The mobs here reach level 14: bring a friend.

   Step 1: Find Bruegs Kindleborn

   He waits at the far east of Dun Morogh, by the road to Loch Modan, and hands you the Torch of the Dormant Flame.

   Step 2: Climb to Braldir Ashmantle

   Braldir keeps the shrine on the mountain west of the Loch.

   Step 3: Fire Tar and a Reagent Pouch

   Kill Tunnel Rat Geomancers in Silver Stream Mine for Fire Tar, and a Stonesplinter Seer in Stonesplinter Valley for the Reagent Pouch. Braldir turns them into an Fire Sapta.

   Step 4: Beat the fire spirit and light the brazier

   Drink the sapta at the shrine and climb to the peak. Kill the Minor Manifestation of Fire, take its Glowing Ember, and place it in the brazier. You get the Torch of the Eternal Flame; carry it back to Bruegs for your Fire Totem and Searing Totem.

The longest of the three: nine quests across four zones on two continents, about 9,600 experience. Eldrun Stormbreaker in Ironforge starts it.

   Step 1: Norric Lochthane, then Hervdana Saegrund

   Norric waits on the north shore of Loch Modan. He sends you to Hervdana, who lives in a cave behind a waterfall in the south-east of the Wetlands.

   Step 2: Fill three waterskins

   Hervdana gives you three empty waterskins, one at a time. Fill each at its water and bring it back.

   Step 3: Cleanse Stendel's Pond in Westfall

   With the Vial of Purest Water turned into a Water Sapta, go to the Forgotten Shrine at Stendel's Pond near Moonbrook. Kill the corrupted manifestation (it drops the Corrupt Manifestation's Bracers), then speak to the Minor Manifestation of Water. Take its Shard of Water to Norric for your Water Totem and Healing Stream Totem.

There is no Air Totem quest for Dwarves yet. Air totems (Grounding Totem at 30, Windfury and Grace of Air later) need an Air Totem, which only the Horde quest Call of Air in Thousand Needles gives for now. Grounding Totem is the only one you can train before the cap.
