Guide
A Redridge fish, a rare recipe and Cooking 85 get you Savory Whimsyfin Delight in WoW Forever: an hour as a random orc pirate or orc ninja. Where the pools are, who drops the recipe and what each form does.
Forever's twin of the Barrens' Savory Deviate Delight. Fish a Whimsyfin in Redridge, find the recipe on a Redridge mob, and cook it. Each one you eat gives you an hour as either an orc pirate or an orc ninja: pure cosmetics, and the form survives combat.
Look for Whimsyfin pools east of Lake Everstill, in the river that snakes south of Stonewatch Keep and in the little murloc lake beside it. You will only ever see two pools; empty one and the next spawns somewhere else along the water. Get Fishing to around 150 first, or fish keep slipping off the hook.
Any Redridge Mountains mob can drop Recipe: Savory Whimsyfin Delight, but rarely; players have looted it from a Great Goretusk and a Black Dragon Whelp. It is not bound, so check the auction house before you grind for it.
One Whimsyfin and one Mild Spices (any cooking vendor) make one Savory Whimsyfin Delight.

You do not get to choose: the tooltip just reads "Eat me." and the game rolls pirate or ninja for you. Eaten raw, a Whimsyfin does something random, like a Deviate Fish: players have danced for two minutes, fallen asleep for 30 seconds, or been healed.
October 1: the food now gives the orc versions of the pirate and ninja outfits. Until then men turned into a murloc and women into an ogre. Those two were stand-ins according to Blizzard, so expect something like them to return at some point.
