The short version

Last updated: 12 October 2026.

Still Sixty (www.stillsixty.com) is an independent fan project, and "we" on this page means the people who run it. There are no accounts on the site today, so we never ask who you are. Your plans, saved pages and progress stay in your browser.

The site is paid for by ads from Google AdSense, and we count visits with Umami and Google Analytics. Google's ads and analytics use cookies. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Google asks for your consent first, and you can change your answer at any time:

What stays on your device

Our own pages set no cookies. The site uses your browser's local storage to remember things for you:

  • your saved pages, recently visited pages and recent searches;
  • your work in the tools, such as talent builds, gear sets, Legacy plans, tier lists, profession skill and checklist progress.

This stays in your browser and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.

When you write to us

The contact form asks for your name, your email address, a topic, a subject and your message. We send them to our inbox as an email through Resend, an email delivery service, so we can read your message and reply. Nothing you send is saved in a database on our side.

To stop spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the sender is a person and receives your IP address to do so. We also limit how many messages one connection can send in an hour; for that, the server keeps a scrambled form of your IP address in its memory only, never in a database, until it restarts.

We keep your emails only as long as we need them to deal with what you asked.

Analytics

Umami. We run our own copy of Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, at analytics.palmods.gg. It sets no cookies and records the page you open, the page that sent you, your screen size and your browser language, so we can see which pages are read. Like any web request, it also receives your IP address and browser details, which it uses to work out your country and device type. We never use it for advertising.

Google Analytics. We also use Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies to tell visits apart and to measure how people use the site. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland it starts with analytics cookies turned off, and sets them only if you agree. You can stop Google Analytics on every website with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Advertising

Ads on Still Sixty are served by Google AdSense.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your earlier visits to this site and to other websites.
  • Google's advertising cookies let Google and its partners serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
  • You can turn off personalised ads from Google in My Ad Center or in Ads Settings.
  • You can turn off other vendors' cookies for personalised ads at aboutads.info/choices, or, in Europe, at youronlinechoices.eu.

Google explains what it does with this data in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Other services the pages load

Like any web request, each of these receives your IP address and basic browser details when your browser loads something from it:

  • Cloudflare delivers the site and our images (cdn.stillsixty.com).
  • Wowhead provides the game tooltips and many game icons, loaded from wow.zamimg.com and nether.wowhead.com.
  • Google loads the ads and Google Analytics.

Their own privacy policies cover what they do with it.

Server logs

Our server and the proxy in front of it record standard details about each request: your IP address, your browser's user agent, the address you asked for and the time. We use them to keep the site secure and to fix problems, and keep them only as long as we need them for that.

Data outside Europe

Google, Cloudflare and Resend may process data outside the European Union, including in the United States. Google takes part in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, and withdraw consent you gave. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

To make a request, write to us through the contact form. In practice the only data we hold that can identify you is a message you sent us.

Children

Still Sixty is not meant for children under 13, or under 16 where local law sets that age. We do not knowingly collect their data.
